Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Psychic Annia, operated by Focus Scale Ltd (“we”, “us”). They cover psychic-annia.com, lp.psychic-annia.com and portal.psychic-annia.com.

By using the site, answering the questions, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you buy something, our Conditions of Sale apply as well.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. You must be 18

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use this service and to place an order. By doing either, you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly provide readings to minors, and we will cancel and refund any order we believe was placed by one.

3. What a reading is — and what it is not

A reading is a written piece addressed to you, based on the answers you give us and on Annia’s reading practice. It is offered for guidance and personal reflection.

A reading is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and must never be used in place of it. If you are unwell, in crisis, or facing a decision with legal or financial consequences, speak to a qualified professional. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

We make no promise about the future and no guarantee of any outcome, result, or change in your circumstances. What we guarantee is the delivery and the quality of the work itself — see our Conditions of Sale.

4. How your reading is produced

Your reading is prepared individually from the answers you give, using Annia’s reading method and formats, with the help of automated tools, under Annia’s editorial direction. No two readings are the same, because no two sets of answers are. Your reading is written for you and is not resold or reused for anyone else.

We use artificial intelligence for translation and rewording. Our pages, our emails and the text we send you are translated into the language you read in, and rephrased and polished, with the help of AI tools. What is said — the substance of your reading, the judgment behind it and the choice of what goes in — stays with Annia; the tools help with the words, not with the reading.

5. What you tell us

You choose what to share. Please give accurate answers — an address, an email, a name, a situation — because the reading is written from them and is delivered to the address you provide. We are not responsible for a reading that misses the mark, or fails to reach you, because of information that was wrong or incomplete when you gave it to us.

Your answers may touch on health, grief, relationships or money. We treat them as sensitive and handle them as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit answers on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, or about a minor;
use the service to obtain a diagnosis, a legal opinion, or investment guidance;
send us unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit material;
resell, republish or redistribute a reading as your own work, or as a commercial product;
attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the platform, or use bots to access it.

Serious or repeated breaches may lead us to cancel an order and decline future ones. Where we cancel work that has not been delivered, we refund it.

7. Your reading, your copy

Once your reading is delivered, it is yours: keep it, print it, share it with whoever you like. We keep the copyright in our formats, our templates and our brand, and you keep everything you told us. We do not publish your reading or your answers anywhere.

8. Emails

When you order or leave us your email, we write to you about your order, and we send at most one email a week beyond that. Every one of them can be stopped in one click, and stopping them changes nothing about an order in progress.

9. Availability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service; where that affects an order you have paid for and not received, we deliver it or refund it.

10. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take on the basis of a reading — those remain yours.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
