Conditions of Sale

These Conditions apply to everything you buy from Psychic Annia. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and form a binding agreement between you and Psychic Annia.

The short version: your reading arrives within 24 hours or you get your money back, and if you read it and it isn’t for you, you get your money back too — and you keep the reading. The rest of this page says exactly how that works.

1. Seller

2. What we sell

Everything we sell is digital, written for one person, and delivered by email and to your customer portal. There is no subscription and no recurring billing: you pay once, for what you chose, and nothing renews.

A reading, in one of three lengths (Mini, Complete, Enhanced). The length and what each one covers are described at checkout.
Faster delivery — an optional add-on that moves your reading to the top of the pile, for delivery within 12 hours.
A card from the deck — an optional add-on: one card drawn for you and a short note on what it puts next to your story.
A tip — entirely optional, never expected, and it changes nothing about what is written.
Further readings offered after checkout, such as the Mirror Reading or the Seven Evenings. These are optional extras, described on their own page.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown before you pay, inclusive of any applicable tax. All payments are charged in US dollars (USD). Where we show a price in euros or pounds, that amount is converted for your convenience and is indicative: the amount that leaves your account may differ slightly depending on the exchange rate and any conversion fee applied by your bank or card issuer. That difference is between you and your bank, and we cannot refund it.

We may change our prices at any time. The price you saw at checkout is the price for your order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is placed when your payment is confirmed, and confirmed by email straight afterwards.

5. Offers made after checkout

After your payment, we may offer one or two further readings. Those pages work in one click: if you accept, the amount shown on the button is charged immediately to the payment method you have just used, without re-entering your details. If you decline, we may show the same reading at a lower price — it is the same work, offered once, at a price that stands only on that page. Declining costs you nothing and changes nothing about the order you have already placed.

6. Delivery

Your reading is written and delivered within 24 hours of your payment — within 12 hours if you took the faster delivery option. It arrives at the email address you gave at checkout and is available in your customer portal.

If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to [email protected] and we will resend it.

7. Our guarantee and your refund

7.1 If it doesn’t arrive in time. If your reading is not delivered within the promised window, you get a full refund. For the faster delivery option, we refund that option automatically when we miss 12 hours. For the reading itself, write to us and we refund it — you do not have to ask twice.

7.2 If it isn’t for you. Read it first, then decide. If the reading doesn’t speak to you, write to [email protected] and ask for your money back. We refund it, you keep your reading, and you do not have to explain yourself. This is a commercial guarantee we give on top of your legal rights, and it applies to readings and to the offers made after checkout.

7.3 Duplicate or mistaken charges. Charged twice by a system error, or charged for something you did not choose? Tell us and we refund it in full, without argument.

7.4 Tips. A tip is given for the evening spent on your reading, so it is not refundable once that reading has been delivered. If the reading itself was never delivered, we refund the tip along with it.

7.5 How refunds are paid. Always to the original payment method, normally within five (5) business days of our reply, and typically visible on your statement within another five (5).

7.6 Good faith. This guarantee is written to be used. If someone uses it repeatedly as a way of taking readings without paying for them, we may decline their future orders — but we will still honour the refund on the order in hand.

7.7 Before a chargeback. If something has gone wrong, write to us first. We refund faster than your bank does, and a chargeback opened without contacting us costs us a fee for a problem we would have solved that day.

8. Cancelling before delivery

You can cancel any time before your reading is delivered: write to [email protected] and we refund you in full.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent UK rules, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, where the consumer has expressly consented and acknowledged losing that right. Our readings are written and supplied as soon as you order, so by placing an order you ask for immediate performance and accept that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost.

This does not take anything away from you: the guarantee in section 7 is broader than the statutory right, because it lets you read the whole thing first and still get your money back.

10. When we need something from you

Occasionally an order needs an answer from you — a detail that is missing, a contradiction in what you told us, or a correction to the email address you gave. When that happens we write to you and send up to two reminders over five (5) days, and the delivery clock pauses while we wait. If we hear nothing, we write your reading from the answers we already have and deliver it to the address given at checkout, rather than leaving your order open indefinitely. Section 7 still applies to what we deliver.

11. Complaints

Write to [email protected]. A real person reads it and replies, normally within two (2) business days.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — infrastructure and payment-provider outages, natural disasters, war, or government action. Where such an event prevents us from delivering a reading you have paid for, we refund it.

13. Law and disputes

These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
